How do you handle property checks?
Post-Storm inspections are included for all clients. Regular property checks are included with Calisto Manage Complete and Premier. Our property checks check the property for issues such as leaks, pest infestations, or security concerns. Detailed reports with photos are provided after each inspection, keeping you informed about the condition of your home.
What is included in your keyholding service?
Our keyholding service includes secure storage of your keys, allowing us to provide access to trusted contractors or service providers as needed. This service ensures that your property can be maintained or repaired even when you are not present.
How do you handle maintenance and repairs?
